"After several weeks of trying to sell our condominium ourselves, running ads, and dealing with unproductive phone calls, we were contacted by BrokerOne Realty. Steve Hutchinson met with us and offered us several options as to how BrokerOne could help us sell the condo. We were impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm and decided to let him work for us. We signed on in November of 2005 and as expected activity was slow over the holidays. With the MLS listing and a couple of open houses, they found a buyer in April 2006.
