Who we are


Broker One Intervention Services, a division of Broker One Realty, is the largest team of certified Foreclosure Intervention Specialists in central Ohio. Our staff has years of experience in real estate, short sales, accounting, contract negotiation, and appraisal. We’re committed to providing accurate, comprehensive information in a timely fashion and to facilitate the best possible income for all parties involved. The leaders of the BOIS team are also proud members of the Ohio FIS Association, whose mission is to provide education and options to those facing foreclosure, and provide the bridge between home owners, lenders, financial institutions, state and local agencies to preserve our communities
